THE PROJECT

Assignment: Your small group will act as the ruling Party of your own society. You will create and present your Party & Society in a mutlimedia group presentation. You will build an informative, dynamic blog site about your society . You will be graded daily for your work-ethic and progress, and graded for your blog-based presentation. Your blog must include: 1) all writing requirements; 2) an abundance of accompanying relevant images; 3) links to relevant  web sites (videos, music, informative, social).

Create: Writing Requirements include: 
1- A Party Manifesto  
2- Party Slogans
3- Party Department Responsibilities (“Ministries”)

4- A description of your Social Hierarchy
5- a)  Party flag & Artist's Statement; b) Party Uniform & Symbolic Significance; c) Insignia & Explanation of History & Symbolism; d) Loyalty Oath,  and e) Musical Anthem.
6- A description of key Social Institutions including education, law & order, government, religion, media & entertainment, family, military, etc.
 

Present: a 30 minute multi-media indoctrination. Your Party will teach our class about your Party’s principles & practices and your Society's culture & institutions.

Project Prep: 3 Essential Questions

-Your small group is an elite, select group of thinkers and leaders who will shape the society of your collaborative vision! Such an endeavor must begin with existentially provocative questions such as:

               3.What guiding Principles should a society be built 
            around?

-First, draft and submit a collaborative full response to each prompt! One paragraph per essential question minimum.

-Next, design a website that's better than  the INGBIGS model below.

-Finally, create your own utopia!
